This is a great massage oil for the scalp. You could also use this oil as a pre-shampoo hot oil treatment. It’s non-greasy but very nourishing. It helps to soothe and conditions the scalp. It’s an unique blend of exquisite oils. This oil blend works great on all hair types.

Scalp Massages are vital for beautiful healthy hair and scalp. The flow of blood and lymph that feeds the roots of your hair must be stimulated by regular scalp massages.

On dry hair apply 15-20 drops of oil to the scalp and gently massage using circular movements with the pads of your fingertips or with the fleshy part of the palm just above your wrists. For extremely dry hair, add oil to the ends of the hair. Wrap hair in a warm towel for 20 minutes. Wash hair if you desire or you can leave the oil in for added moisture.

Ingredients include:

Olive Oil - attracts external moisture to the skin, very soothing, great for inflamed skin

Coconut Oil - oil for dry, itchy or sensitive skin. It will not clog pores and it absorbs readily into the scalp

Babassu Oil - soothing, protective and emollient properties. Penetrates quickly into the hair and does not leave a greasy after feel.

Rice Bran Oil- very moisturizing oil, natural anti-oxidant,

Acai Pulp Oil- a moisturizing oil derived from the acai berry. When used in cosmetics, it acts as a powerful free radical scavenger and also contains anti-inflammatory properties

Grape Seed Oil – light moisturizing non greasy oil, absorbs quickly into the scalp

Rosehip Oil – great for brittle, dry, damaged hair, or massaged into dry or flaking areas of the skin or scalp

Rosemary Oil- Stimulates hair growth

Monoi de Tahiti Oil - Monoi oil is infused oil made from soaking the petals of Tahitian gardenias in coconut oil. Monoi is widely used among French Polynesians as a skin and hair softener.

Litsea cubeba oil - Lemon/lemongrass scent, calming and anti- inflammatory properties. Astringent and Antiseptic uses.

This scalp treatment has been life changing for me! I have long, curly hair and a VERY sensitive scalp. It is very dry, itchy and irritated. I also suffer from mild psoriasis. I use this as a treatment on my hair for at least 15 mins prior to washing. It soothes my scalp and makes my hair soft and shiny. It is NOT greasy and has a lovely herbaceous scent. I can’t recommend this product enough!
